Block making and block printing are the oldest technique to create designs or patterns on fabrics manually. Block printing is a textile art where the wooden blocks are carved finely by hand to form a design on fabrics. The earlier wooden block was having very simple structures without the handle and was pressed on the fabric with hand. Later on, wooden blocks were developed with the handle for ease of printing. Wooden blocks are the main source for block printing.

Cash on Delivery. All products are shipped out between 1 – 5 working days and
delivered between 2-8 days.

For Cash on Delivery orders: If the product or packaging has
been tampered with, do not accept the order.

REFUND POLICY

We offer you high quality handmade bags and accessories at
reasonable prices. Products are dispatched after a thorough Quality Check.

Color or shade difference, due to photography and different
screen/monitor. so please allow little difference in color .

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is
cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.

The order should be cancelled within 24hours of the order
placed.

Craftroot reserves the right to cancel any order without any
explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could
not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of
an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

ADDITIONAL POLICY Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We
might request you to share an image of your product/s for your order to qualify
as an exchange. The exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of
receiving the product.

If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately,
we can’t offer you an exchange.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly get in
touch with us, we will initiate the exchange process.

Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered
with and should be intact.

Carved leather and Wood

1. Avoid cleaning products with alcohol, turpentine or other
mineral spirits as they will discolor and dry out leather.

2. Never allow water to soak into your bag. If the bag gets
wet, do not use a hair dryer on it. Instead, absorb as much water as possible
with a thick microfiber hand towel and allow the bag to air dry. Then,
condition it again and store it.

3. Remove stains as soon as you notice them.

4. Organic stains from food or blood can often be removed
with chalk powder. Crush white chalk, let it sit on the stain overnight and
dust it off with a clean cloth.
